Stephen Everett Moistner

RICHMOND- Stephen Everett Moistner, 70, passed away at his home in Richmond, Indiana Monday July 28, 2025.  Stephen was born in New Castle, Indiana on May 10, 1955.  He was raised in Richmond and graduated from high school there in 1973.  Stephen had lived in Florida and Tennessee before returning to Richmond.  He worked as a waiter and enjoyed antiquing and puzzles.  

     Survivors include 4 siblings, Marcella Davis of Texas, Jerry Moistner of Michigan, Becky Mason and Vickie York both of Richmond; nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father, William Moistner; mother, Ruth (Smith) Bright; niece, Kimberly Taylor.

     Stephen wished to be memorialized privatley. Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home has been entrusted with his cremation.
