Obituary
CENTERVILLE – Ron Alan Mullaney, 65, a lifelong member of the Centerville community, passed away unexpectedly at his home. A son of the late William Harry and Dorothy Louise (Harris) Mullaney, Ron was born on July 25, 1957, in Richmond, Indiana. He graduated from Centerville High School with the class of 1975. After a short time in the auto body repair trade, Ron apprenticed under his uncle Ken Adams at Richmond Watch Repair. After Ken's retirement Ron operated the business until his retirement in 2022.
In his leisure time Ron enjoyed fishing, watching the Chicago Cubs, and was an incredible woodworker.
Ron is preceded in death by his parents, whom he provided exceptional care for in their later years.
He is survived by one brother, Gary (Elizabeth Haynes) Mullaney of Centerville; aunts and uncles, Marcia and Ron Harris of Greenwood, Shirley and Al Bricking of Bellevue, KY, and Merilyn Johnson of East Bridgewater, MA; several cousins throughout the country.
Following the family’s wishes, a graveside service will be held at a later date.
