Rhonda Coffey

 NEW CASTLE-  Rhonda M. Coffey, 67, passed away Sunday morning March 9, 2025 at Henry Community Health in New Castle, Indiana.  A daughter of the late Paul T. and Lilian F. (Tapp) Hasty, Rhonda was born in New Castle, Indiana on February 3, 1958.  A lifelong resident of New Castle, Rhonda married Jerry Coffey there on November 1, 1977.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed writing, drawing and mud bogging.

Survivors include her husband of forty-seven years, Jerry Coffey; 2 children, Kandi (Billy) Coffey and Jeremy (Amanda) Coffey; grandchildren, Kayla and Naaman Alcorn, Billy Orcutt, Kyler, Myleigh and Kennedy Coffey, Chevy and Gunnar; 3 siblings, Debbie Luellen, Billy and Bobby Hasty; nieces and nephews.  Rhonda was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lilly Coffey.

No services are planned at this time. Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
