DUBLIN-Phyllis Kay Morgan, 70, passed away Wednesday night April 22, 2020 at her home in Dublin, Indiana while surrounded by her beloved family. She was born in Harrodsburg, Kentucky on March 12, 1950 to the late Minor and Geneva (Jones) Mobley.
