Obituary

MILTON- Peggy Ann Eldridge, 81, passed away Monday afternoon January 23, 2023 at her home in Milton while surrounded by her family.  A daughter of the late Albert and Myrtle Lee (McKinney) Stevens, Peggy was born in Bybee, Kentucky on June 24, 1941. She worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Pinehurst Nursing Home in Centerville.

          Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, George E. Eldridge on May 22, 2003.  They were married in New Castle, Indiana on November 15, 1957; an infant son, Jerry Edmund Eldridge in August of 1964.

          Survivors include 4 children, James Shannon, John Wesley, Jeffrey Dean and Deborah Lee Eldridge: several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 1 brother, Robert Stevens.

Private visitation will be held Tuesday January 24, 2023 followed by cremation at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin.  Interment will be at West Side Cemetery in Milton.
