Pam Barnes

CAMBRIDGE CITY- Pam Barnes, 62, passed away early Saturday morning August 24, 2024.  A daughter of the late John Avery and Carolyn Jayne (Kuhn) Limburg, Pamela Dawn was born in New Castle, Indiana on December 5, 1961.  Pam attended Bentonville Elementary School and graduated from Lincoln High School in Cambridge City with the class of 1980.  Pam was a detail oriented person and worked many years installing interiors for area casket manufacturers.  Pam liked to have fun and spend time with friends, sitting around a campfire and watching NASCAR. 

Pam married Ron Barnes on October 1, 1988 and they spent nearly thirty-six  wonderful years together. Her son, Samuell David Barnes passed away on January 13, 2010. She was also preceded in death by 2 siblings, Julie A. Limburg on January 11, 2016 and Aaron Limburg on August 13, 2012.  Other survivors include 2 siblings John F. Limburg and Jane Frith; nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Pam wished to be memorialized privately, however, you can do an act of kindness in her memory.  She will be laid to rest next to Sam at Locust Grove Cemetery.
