Joseph Frank Myers

STRAUGHN - Joseph Frank Myers, 69, of rural Straughn, passed away on April 11th, 2025, peacefully at his home. Frank was born June 4, 1955, in Muncie, Indiana to Claude and Dorothy (Ritchie) Myers. Frank was a lifelong Straughn resident farmer, former 4-H leader, South Henry School Corp. bus driver, and HVAC technician in and around the New Castle area. He was generally a quiet man but loved his children and grandchildren fiercely. He had a passion for fishing, camping, old westerns and watching his grandkids events.

He is survived by his loving partner Kim Bow of Straughn, Pamela J. Myers (div.), brother Ron Myers of Cincinnati OH, daughter Jessica (David) Myers of Mesa AZ, son Justin (Lynne) Myers of rural Frankfort IN, and 5 grandchildren.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Barbara Addison.

Per Frank’s wishes, no formal ceremony will be held, however, a celebration of life dinner will be held in June. In leu of condolences, please donate to the Support Indiana 4-H Youth Development Program by visiting the link below.
