Jimmy Day

CAMBRIDGE CITY-  Jimmy Allen Day, 55, formerly of Cambridge City, Indiana, passed from this life on Thursday morning June 5, 2025 at his home in Orlando, Kentucky.  The son of the late Danny Leroy and Christal (Hellard) Day, Jimmy was born in New Castle, Indiana on April 2, 1970.  He lived most of his life in the Cambridge City community and has made his home in Orlando, Kentucky since 2003 to be near family and friends. He loved cooking indoors and out on the grill, his tasty meals will be missed.  In his leisure, Jimmy enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

            Jimmy is survived by his 2 sisters, Danita Bond and Amy Day; nephew, Dustin Day and niece, Katie Day.

            Jimmy will be laid to rest next to his parents at South Lawn Cemetery in Dublin, Indiana with a graveside service at 11 a.m. Wednesday June 11, 2025.
