Gina Suzanne (Boyd) Hay

Gina Suzanne Hay (Boyd) of Cambridge City, passed away peacefully at the age of 67, on Tuesday June 18th, 2024, in hospice care at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. A daughter of Harold and Betty “Chris” Boyd, she was born on August 30th, 1956. She was a beloved wife of 50 years to surviving husband, Retired 1ST SGT. Michael B. Hay. Gina was a loving mother to daughter, Jamie C. Butcher (Timothy), and son Joshua M. Hay. She was “Mamaw” of 4 grandchildren, granddaughters Autumn (Kasey) and Raegan (Connor); grandsons, TJ and Max Butcher. Great-grandmother of Kennedy, Carter and a greatly anticipated grandson to be.

Gina was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Kevin Boyd.

Gina is survived by her siblings; a brother, Steven (and late wife Maureen Boyd); a sister, Teri (and late husband Ray Brumfield); a brother David (and wife Bambi Boyd); and many nieces and nephews.

Gina enjoyed attending bible studies during her time at Caroleton Manor, doing word search puzzles, watching “Roseanne”, and spending time with her family. She was a force to be reckoned with and will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday June 25th, 2024, at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Burial will follow at Jacksonburg Cemetery.
