Barbara Mabel (Lamberson) Riddle

BENTONVILLE- Barbara M. (Lamberson) Riddle, 92, passed away early Sunday morning February 23, 2025 at Victor Valley Global Medical Center in Victorville, California.  A daughter of the late Everett E. and Helen (Ward) Lamberson, Barbara was born in Connersville, Indiana on October 18, 1932.  She grew up in rural Fayette County and graduated from Bentonville High School with the class of 1951.  Barbara moved to California and was the bookkeeper of a family Hardware Business for twenty-seven years.  She has made her home in Lucerne Valley California for the past thirty-two years.  Barbara was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed coin collecting, gardening, genealogy and feeding the ducks in Big Bear.

            Survivors include her son, Mark George Riddle of Lucerne Valley, CA; 3 grandchildren, George E. Riddle, Kimberly M. Halamicek and Nickolas O. Riddle; 2 great grandchildren, McKenly N. and Maddux K. Halamicek; sister, Verna Smedes.

            Barbara was preceded in death by 3 siblings, Helen McKee, Eddie and Sonny Lamberson.

            Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday March 12, 2025 at Bentonville Cemetery- Bentonville, Indiana.
