NEW CASTLE- Wesley Grubbs, 63, passed away late Sunday afternoon December 3rd, 2023, at Countryside Manor Health & Living in Anderson, Indiana A son of the late Elmer and Perley Grubbs, Wesley was born in New Castle, Indiana on July 18, 1960. He was a lifelong resident of Henry County. Wesley enjoyed all sports and was a competitor in the Special Olympics where he participated in the softball throw, track and field events and bowling. Wesley also played baseball in the Miricle League. Wesley collected T-shirts and was always eager to show any new addition to his wardrobe. In his leisure, he enjoyed listening to Gospel, Blue Grass, and Country music, and working puzzles. He was an avid wrestling fan.

Wesley was preceded in death by his father in 1994; mother in 1999; niece, Gaye (Conner) Gribbons on February 23, 2023. Survivors include one brother; one nephew; one great niece and one great nephew.

Visitation will be from noon until the time of services at 1 p.m. on Saturday December 9th, 2023, at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Lewisville Chapel. God's Messenger for the service will be Stephanie Gribbons. Burial will be at Green Hills Memory Garden at 1 p.m. Monday December 11th, 2023.
