Tucson, AZ. Vickie (Hughes) Hollis, 55, formally of Cambridge City, passed away Thursday August 20, 2009 in Tucson, Az following a lenghtly illness. She was born on July 17, 1954 in Henry County, the daughter of the late Herbert and Martha (Thornburg) Hughes. Vickie was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was a hairdresser for over 30 years and owned and opearated her own salon in Tucson, AZ. Surviving relatives include; 2 sons, Tyson and Nathan Hollis of Tucson AZ, 2 grandchildren, sister; Beverly Keihn of Cambridge City, brother; Charles Hughes of Greenfield, 2 half brothers; Willie Case of Connersville and Phil Moistner of Florida, 1 half sister; Mary Hughes of Idaho, serveral aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law; Gilbert Tooney Keihn. No services are plan her wishes was to be cremated.
