CAMBRIDGE CITY- Tracy Lyn Fortman, age 50, passed peacefully surrounded by family on December 6, 2023. Born on February 4, 1973, she was a life-long resident of Cambridge City.

Tracy was a graduate of Lincoln High School and went on to achieve a Master's Degree from Ball State University in dietetics. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Tracy was an avid music lover and pet owner.

Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Jane (Cutshaw) Fortman. She is survived by her siblings, Kent (Jama) Fortman, Brent (Darlene) Fortman and Kenna (Dan) Fegan. She also leaves behind nieces and nephews; Renee (Eric) Miller, Tyler (Lexi) Fortman, John (Lindsey) Fortman, Kara Fortman, DeAnn (Josh) Spence, Brandon (Stephanie) Fortman, Kacee (Mike) Bishop, Kenzie (Dustin) Heuchan and Karlee (Ben) Dillon.

Funeral arrangements will be handled by Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City.
