CAMBRIDGE CITY- Thomas R. Webb, 57, passed away on Sunday morning October 6, 2013 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana from injuries that he received from a fall at his home. Tom was born in Rushville, Indiana on November 5, 1955 and has lived most of his life in the Cambridge City community. Tom was a graduate of Lincoln High School with the class of 1974. He was a foundry worker for DANA Corp. working in their Hagerstown and New Castle plants. Tom was a member and trustee of the First United Methodist Church in Cambridge City where he volunteered much of his time. He loved his daughter and grandkids and enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and helping others. Survivors include his daughter, Shelby Lynn (Jason) Huntsman of Milton; 2 grandchildren, Kendall Lynn and Jimmy Huntsman; mother, Catherine Naomi (Reiff) Webb of Dublin; 2 sisters. Tom was preceded in death by his father Charles D. Webb on May 6, 2001; 2 brothers, Jimmy Webb on September 17, 1976 and John Webb on September 19, 2006. Following cremation, the family will receive friends at the First United Methodist Church 238 W. Main Street- Cambridge City from 4 p.m. until the time of a memorial service at 7 p.m. on Wednesday October 9, 2013. Rev. Adriane Curtis will officiate. Interment will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday October 10 at the Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City. The Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin has been entrusted with the arrangements.
