DUBLIN- Rusty Hunt, 54, passed away at his home in Dublin on July 2, 2025.  Russell Allen Hunt Jr., was born in New Castle, Indiana on September 15, 1970. He was a graduate of Tri High School.  Rusty worked as a carpenter and had been employed by Tony Stewart Drywall.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Russell and Melanie Hunt Sr.; son, Dylan Hunt; grandson, Franklin Russell Hunt; half-brother, Charlie Hunt  He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Yvonne (Merritt) Hunt and his brother, Matthew.
