Dublin - Robert Earl Burchett, 55, passed away Saturday evening, April 21, at the Heritage House of New Castle. Robert was born on August 3, 1962 in New Castle to William Icel and Shelby (Pelfrey) Burchett and was a life-long member of the Dublin community. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1980 and Indiana University East with an Associate's Degree in Business. Robert worked for 25 years as a factory supervisor at Johnson's Control in Richmond. In his leisure, he enjoyed fishing and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He is survived by his parents, of Dublin; 2 children, Laci Burchett of Indianapolis and Skyler Burchett of Dublin; 1 grandson, Dane Burchett; 1 sister, Sheryl Mason of Indianapolis. Following cremation, visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the time of a Celebration of Life service at 4:00 pm at the Straughn Community Chapel on Sunday, April 29th.
