STRAUGHN- Robbie Blair, 55, passed away Tuesday afternoon January 12, 2021 at his home in Straughn with his loving family at his side.  Robbie was born in New Castle, Indiana on December 19, 1965.  He attended Lincoln High School in Cambridge City and has lived all his live in the Cambridge City and Straughn communities.  He served in the Army National Guard.  Robbie worked 31 years for Davey Tree Service, Indianapolis Division, where he was a foreman and crane operator.  Robbie enjoyed "muddin", auto racing, working on cars, playing cards (especially Texas Hold'em).  Most of all, any time spent with his family, were the best times! He was a 55 year member of the Lawrence H. Bertsch American Legion Post 169.  Robbie married the former Robin Kern on July 12, 1997 at the Straughn Community Chapel.  They have been a couple since April 7, 1989.

Survivors include his wife and companion of 31 years, Robin Blair; mother, Janie (Stewart) Siggers; 4 daughters, Daisy (Kyle) Blair, Ashely (William) Daniels, Samantha and Sabrina Blair; 10 grandchildren, Shyann, Cameron, Gracie, Kyle, Heaven, Robbie, Alexis, Rylee, Paisley and Lukas; 2 sisters, Amy (Kevin) Claborn and Vanessa (Jeff) Siggers; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Robbie was preceded in death by his father, James Siggers on June 18, 2017; his uncle and best friend, Tommy Stewart on November 16, 2020; grandparents, Mammy and Pappy Stewart and grandma and grandpa Siggers.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday January 15, 2021 at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin.  As a reminder, the government COVID19 mandate requires guests to wear masks and practice social distancing while inside our building.  We are limited to 25 guests at a time, so please keep your visit brief.  Graveside services with military honors will be at 11 a.m. Saturday January 16, 2021 at Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City.  Pastor Dave Branham will officiate.
