Rhonda Sue Conn, 48, passed away Tuesday January 12, 2021 at her home while surrounded by her family after a battle with cancer.  She was born in Connersville Indiana on August 11, 1972.  She graduated from Lincoln High School in Cambridge City and married her high school sweetheart, Joseph Mark Moffitt on September 25, 1990. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hagerstown.

Survivors include her parents, Marsha (Cowin) Moore and Donald Wilson; 2 children, Jeremy Moffitt and Heather McDonald; 3 sisters, Donna Melton, Teresa Brown and Amber Wise; 3 grandchildren, Xavier, Loki and Kenzi; several nieces and nephews.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Conn; step father, James Moore; nephew, Austin Roach.

No public services are planned at this time. Following cremation at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, burial will be at South Lawn Cemetery in Dublin.
