Centerville - Paul E. Moore, 94, passed away Tuesday December 27, 2016 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. A son of the late Ernest and Lena (Berry) Moore, Paul was born in Brownsville, Indiana on June 22, 1922. He served his country in the United States Army during World War II in the European Theatre where he received a Bronze Star. He worked as a truck driver for Commercial Freight (Connersville Casket), as a Forest Ranger in Florida, and for Pinkerton Security. Paul is survived by his wife, Donna P. (Keever) Moore. They were married on July 2, 1946 in Harrington, Kentucky ; one son, Gerald Moore of Centerville; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his two sons Jack Duane and Larry Eugene Moore; seven siblings, Cecil, Bob, Albert, John and Ceber Moore, Ruth Napier, and Doris Hoover. Following private family services cremation will follow with internment at Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City at a future date. The Marshall and Erlewein Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
