The joys and hardships of this life ended for Pamela Lou (Ginn) Worl August 3, 2026, at her home. Pam was born February 26, 1945, to Margaret (Conner) Moystner and Harry Ginn. After her parents divorced, she was raised by her mother and maternal grandmother on the Conner farm near Cambridge City. 

During her high school years Pam was a cheerleader and a Wayne County 4-H Fair Queen, but the highlight was meeting the love of her life, David Worl. She graduated from Lincoln High School. 

Pam and David were married September 16, 1961, at the Cambridge City United Methodist Church. Next month they would have celebrated 65 years of marriage. They were blessed with a daughter, Dava, in 1962 and a son, Todd, in 1965. 

Also in 1965, Pam and David bought the drycleaning plant in Cambridge City then later added a carpet cleaning service to their business. They operated Worl’s City Cleaners and Carpet Cleaning for 35 years. After selling their business in 2000, Pam enjoyed working at the local Hallmark Store. 

During their parenting years, Pam and David focused on family. Attending their children’s activities and sports events were a priority. They enjoyed boating at Brookville Lake, their annual houseboating vacation at Dale Hollow Lake, and Tom Jones concerts. 

As empty-nesters, Pam and David enjoyed being grandparents, traveling, Caribbean cruises and maintaining the home they built in 1968. Pam enjoyed her rock and flower garden, home decorating, watching birds, squirrels and other wildlife in their back yard, sewing, shopping and her pets. 

Their lives took a devastating blow in 2006 when Todd lost his battle with cancer. In 2023, grandson, Jamen Riggs, preceded Pam in death. 

Pam was diagnosed with a non-curable kidney disease in 1997. Close to needing dialysis, she was prescribed trial medication that kept her disease in remission until 2025. Pam appreciated the care she received at Fresenius Dialysis Center Connersville, and she was a favorite among staff.

 In addition to David, Pam is survived by daughter Dava (Steve) Brown; grandchildren Nathan (Richai), and Ryan (Kim) Riggs, Stefani Baker, Tyler (Kristen) Brown, Logan (Sadie) and Chase Worl and Jessica (Josh) Parr; great grandchildren Brylen, Jamen M., Ryley, Mason, Levi, Abbe, Ryan M., Landry, Ben, Jack and Lainey Riggs, Kayden and Conner Vrbenec, Easton, Everleigh and Ensley Worl, and Averie and Jake Parr; sister Penny Durm; brother Chris (Jane) Siegel; and daughter-in-law Missy (Morgenstern) Worl.
