KNIGHTSTOWN- Pamela Sue Neal, 71, passed away Wednesday evening December 30, 2015 at the Henry County Hospital in New Castle, Indiana. A daughter of the late Robert and Thelma (Millis) Nelson, Pamela was born in New Castle, Indiana on July 18, 1944. A longtime Knightstown resident, Pamela was graduate of Knightstown High School with the class of 1962 and the Indiana Business College. She retired from Delco-Remy in Anderson where she worked in the office recording payroll and other essential clerical responsibilities. She has made her home in Cambridge City for the past two years. In her leisure, Pamela enjoyed house boating and searching for antiques and other collectables. She was married to Robert Ora Neal in Kennard, Indiana on June 28, 1963. He preceded her in death on November 20, 2012. Survivors include 2 children, Jacqueline (Jeff) Gabbard of Dublin and Robert Scott Neal; grandchildren, Travis (Brittany) Gabbard, Dustin (Amanda) Goble, Heather (Jake Brower) Goble, Heidi Gabbard, Amelia and Rachel Neal; 5 great grandchildren; 2 siblings, Robert (Linda) Nelson of Indianapolis and Barbara (Richard) Glidden of Greenwood. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1 p.m. on Monday January 4, 2016 at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Rev. Jim Noggle will officiate. Burial will follow at the Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown.
