CAMBRIDGE CITY- Martha Jane "Tina" "Teenie" Breeden, 72, of Cambridge City, passed away early on the morning of Monday, May 6, 2024, at Henry Community Health in New Castle. A daughter of the late Lee and Pearnie (Craft) Vanover, Tina was born in Bristol, Virginia on July 24, 1951. A long-time resident of Wayne County, Tina owned a daycare service where she was able to teach and mentor many children. After meeting her future husband, Eddie Breeden, in 1987, they were married in Covington, Kentucky on May 27, 1994. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Tina was always willing to help others in the community. She loved junkin, decorating sheds, Corvette cars and traveling the country with her husband.
Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Eddie Breeden. Thanks to him, she saw and did about everything a person could be lucky enough to do; 1 daughter, Tammie (John) Sparks; 2 sons Toney (Tiffany) Capps and Barney Sandifar; grandchildren, Jordan (Britney Catanese) Blackwell, McKinsey, Peyton and Layla Sparks, Talan and Trigg Waters; great grandchildren, Carter and Malana Blackwell and Normani Wright; Tina's other extended family includes, Charles, Geraldine, Jake, Kenny, Brent and Troy Breeden and Richard Nix.
Tina is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Robert Vanover; sisters Beverly Ledbetter and infant Marie Vanover; Step-son, Kevin Capps; two very special ex husbands and fathers of her children, Gary Sandifar and Eddie Capps.
In accordance with Tina's wishes, a private service will be held at a future date with entombment at Riverside Cemetery, Cambridge City, Indiana.
