Pershing- Linda Lou George, 81, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Sunday morning, July 3rd, 2022. Linda was born on May 30th, 1941, in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late Maurice and Ruth (Crute) Pyle. Linda grew up in Indianapolis and moved to the Cambridge City area in 1962. She married the love of her life, Paul R. George Sr., spending her days as a homemaker and loving mother to her children.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband on August 7th, 2004, one sister; three half-brothers; and one grandson.

Linda is survived by her six children, Julie Leeth of Franklin, Joe George of Columbus, Kelly George of Richmond, Penny George of Centerville, Patrick George  Blythewood, South Carolina, and Mindi George of Blythewood, South Carolina; eighteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Linda's cremation has been entrusted with Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home Dublin, Indiana. Her wishes are to be memorialized privately.
