Milton- Liliah Eudoris Meyers, 81, passed away on Wednesday morning April 1, 2009 at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. A daughter of the late Guy Bernie and Relda Deryl Bell Foster, Eudoris was born in Connersville, Indiana on September 28, 1927. A homemaker, she had lived in New Lisbon before moving to Milton in 1963. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Connersville. Survivors include 1 son, Gerald Meyers of Franklin; 3 grandchildren, Jerimi and Robert Meyers and Heidi Renee Murray; 5 great grandchildren, Lillian, Olivia, Elliot and Pamela Meyers and Adelaide Murray; 2 sisters, Luverne South of Union, West Virginia and Melanie Jerome of Portland, Oregon; 1 step sister, Marylin O"Dell of Culpepper, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Meyers on June 13, 1994. They were married on April 12, 1947 in Shelbyville, Indiana; 1 brother, Bernie Foster; 3 sisters, Margaret Pope (Foster), Arvilla Garrison and Phyllis Snyder. Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday April 5, 2009 at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Burial will take place at a later date at Layton Cemetery, south of Milroy in Rush County.
