NEW CASTLE- Lala Pansy Dagley, 94, passed away Friday evening May 8, 2020 at her home in New Castle, after a hard fought battle with dementia and congestive heart failure, while under hospice care and surrounded by her loving family. A daughter of the late Otis and Emmalou (Graham) Foley, Lala was born in Herndon, West Virginia on September 14, 1925.  She has lived most of her life in New Castle and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  Lala would often go without to help others in need.  She will be missed by many.

Survivors include her 3 children, Richard (Sharon) Hahn of Orlando, FL, Carol (Phil) Wharton of Nashville, TN and Paul (Jessica) Dagley of New Castle; 13 grandchildren, Frankie, Jennifer, Scottie, Shaneka, Samantha, Chris, Heather, Josh, Erica, Ashley, Brad, Faith and Abby; 18 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren with 2 on the way.

Lala was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Dagley;

Lala requested to be memorialized privately.  Cremation will take place at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home Lewisville Chapel.
