LEWISVILLE- Kimberly Ann Hayworth, 59, passed away Thursday evening October 28, 2021 from injuries she received from an automobile accident in Henry County, Indiana.  A daughter of the late Gene and Patricia (Vail) Allen, Kimberly was born in New Castle, Indiana on November 21, 1961.  Kimberly lived her entire life in Henry County and graduated from Tri High School in 1980.  A homemaker, she has lived in Lewisville since 1992 and had worked at Draper Shade in Spiceland.

Survivors include her 2 sons, David (Terri) McCune of New Castle and Kenny Hayworth of Lewisville; 3 grandchildren, Joshua, Garrison and Madison McCune; 1 brother, Gene (Carol) Allen Jr. of Alva, FL; nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by 1 brother, Jerry Allen.

A celebration of Kimberly's life will be held at  future date.
