Obituary

LINTON- Kimberly Sue Gardner, 60, passed away at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, on Saturday, October 15th, 2022. Kimberly was born on Christmas Eve 1961 in Richmond, Indiana, to the late Reid Frazier and Betty Lou (Crowder) Gardner. She was raised in Richmond and graduated from Richmond High School with the class of 1980. Formerly of Muncie, she lived in Linton for the past thirteen years. A homemaker, she had worked in area nursing homes and Smith's Dairy in Richmond. Kimberly enjoyed being the life of the party, playing cards, gardening, watching Soap Operas, and loved her animals.

Kimberly is survived by her daughter, Brianna Lynn Gardner; longtime companion, Richard Bacon; and her fur-baby, Aspen; three siblings, Gary L., Gaylene, and Lynne A. Gardner; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Kimberly is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Donald A. Gardner Sr., Thomas DeWayne Gardner; and infant nephew, Shawn Gardner.

Visitation will be on Friday October 21st at 3 p.m. until 5 p.m., at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home in Dublin where cremation will follow. Memorial contributions can be made to the Greene County Humane Society at 1026 N 1375 W, Linton, IN 47441-www.greenecountyhumanesociety.org/donate/.
