RICHMOND - Kenneth Ray Crutcher, 72, passed away Saturday morning June 24, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. A son of the late Herbert J. and Mable Bernice (Jones) Crutcher, Kenneth was born in Wayne County, Indiana on January 29, 1945. Kenneth was a lifelong Wayne County resident and has lived most of his life in Richmond. He had worked in construction and retired twelve years ago from Richmond Castings. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Kenneth served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Viet Nam War. He entered active duty on April 26, 1962 and received his honorable discharge on August 25, 1966 with the rank of Corporal.

Survivors include 4 children, Angie Froelicher and Tiffany Mijares both of Florida, Kenton Crutcher of Richmond and Bridgette Smith of N. Carolina; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Charles Crutcher of Richmond.

Kenneth was preceded in death by an infant great granddaughter, Ainsley Greene; 14 siblings and the mother of his children, the former, Alice Emma Sue Lankford.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1 p.m. on Saturday July 1, 2017 at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Burial with military honors conducted by the United States Marine Corps Honor Guard and Lawrence H. Bertsch American Legion Post 169 will follow at the South Lawn Cemetery in Dublin.
