LEWISVILLE- Kathy Marie Bolinger, 39, passed away on Monday April 9, 2012 at I.U.- Ball Hospital in Muncie, Indiana while giving birth to her daughter. Kathy was born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania on August 19, 1972. She was recently married to William R. "Billy" Bolinger, formerly of Lewisville. They have made their home in New Castle. Survivors include her husband, Billy Bolinger; newborn daughter, Cassandra Bolinger; daughter, Kayla Marie Hatzis; mother, Harriet (Tsacalis) Hatzis and sister, Athena Kirschner all of Pennsylvania; maternal grandparents and other relatives of Maryland and New Jersey. Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Gus John Hatzis Visitation will be from noon until the time of services at 2 p.m. on Thursday April 12, 2012 at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Lewisville Chapel. Burial will be at the Lewisville Cemetery.
