Richmond – Kathleen Ivy Spence, 64, passed away at her home on September 27, 2023. Born to the late Herbert Elroy and Wilma Frances Blossom, Kathleen was born on December 7, 1958, in Hamilton, Ohio. She graduated from Taft High School in Hamilton before attending Cincinnati Tech, where she earned an associate degree. After graduating, she moved to Norfolk, Virginia where she worked in the commissary at the Naval Station.

Kathleen is proceeded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her brother Jeff Blossom of Brownsville, Indiana.

Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home has been entrusted with Kathleen's arrangements. A private  service will be held by the family at a later date.
