Mt. Auburn-  Joan Young, 94, passed away at her son's home in Mt. Auburn, Indiana Sunday evening December 6, 2020 after an extended illness.  Joan was born on June 1, 1926 in Quincy, Michigan.  She was a graduate of Coldwater High School in Coldwater, Michigan and has made her home in Cambridge City, Indiana since 1987. Joan did secretarial work for Work Force One in Connersville and Richmond and also for Edington Law Office in Cambridge City.  In her leisure, Joan enjoyed spending the day shopping.

Survivors include 3 children, Ronald (Janice) Coffey of Mt. Auburn, Diane (Bill) Tyler of Cambridge City and Valerie Phillips of Batesville, AR; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.

Joan was preceded in death by her 2 husbands, Delmar Coffey and Robert Young; a half-brother, Robert Gould and son in-law, Joe Phillips.

Following a private visitation, Graveside Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday December 11, 2020 at Valley Grove Cemetery, south of Milton.
