RICHMOND - James Aaron "Jimmy" Noggle, 56, went home to be with the Lord Friday morning January 12, 2018 after a year-long battle with cancer. He was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church of Dublin.

Jimmy is survived by his parents, James L. and Linda (Weyl) Noggle; 1 daughter, Sara Beth (Eric) Jaspers and his granddaughter, Allison Paige Jaspers.
