CAMBRIDGE CITY - Jerry D. Kellam, 64, formerly of Bentonville, Indiana passed away late Monday evening, February 29, 2016 at Reid Hospital. A son of Oliver Lester and Mayfra Lee (Sparks) Kellam, Jerry was born on July 3, 1951 in Connersville, Indiana. Jerry grew up in the Bentonville community and attended Bentonville Christian Church. He lived with his sister in Cambridge City for several years before moving to Richmond. Jerry enjoyed watching wrestling, taking care of his pets, making arts and crafts, playing guitar, and spending time with his friends at Adult Day Care of Richmond. Survivors include a brother, James L. Kellam of Connersville; sisters, Penny S. Kellam of Cambridge City, Paula J. (Danny) Kidd of Alquina; nieces and nephews, Douglas (Angie) Larson of Tennessee, Diana Kellam of Richmond, Cyndee (Kevin) Lanier of Oregon, Becky (Ben) Meyer of Indianapolis, Wendy Kellam of Oregon, Lavon (Moises) Cacatelco of Richmond, James L. Kellam, Jr. of Rhode Island, Robert Kyle (Anna) Kellam of Indianapolis, Sarah (Irvin) Rudicil of Liberty, Julia (Derek) Hornsby of Hagerstown, Mandy (Will) Wolf of Connersville; 9 great nieces and nephews; many friends at Adult Day Care of Richmond. Jerry was preceded in death by his mother on June 29, 1989; father on August 26, 1999; sister, Peggy Larson in December 1967; great-nephew, Oliver Henry Meyer on September 28, 2013. Family and friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Burial will follow at Bentonville Cemetery.
