Lewisville- Jerry Wayne Bolinger, 65, passed away on Friday November 20, 2009 at the Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis. Jerry was born in New Castle, Indiana on November 22, 1943. He was raised in the Lewisville area and had lived in Florida for several years. He worked as a truck driver, for the postal service while in Florida and locally for G.W. Pierce. Survivors include 2 children, William Robert Bolinger of Lewisville, Sherry Sterling of Sarasota, Florida; 2 grandchildren; 4 sisters, Virginia Overbay of Straughn, Linda Himes and Evelyn Wright both of Ocala, Florida, Eileen Whitfield of Lakeland, Florida and Judy Glass of Florida. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Leo M. and Helen L. McIntosh Bolinger; 2 brothers, Norman Bolinger and infant Dallas James Bolinger; 1 sister, Norita Huddleston. Following cremation, burial will take place at the convenience of the family at the South Mound Cemetery in New Castle. The Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Lewisville has been entrusted with the arrangements.
