RICHMOND- Iccy "Ann" Jackson, 70, passed away Sunday morning May 6, 2012 at the Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Ann was born in Wayne County, Indiana on October 2, 1941. She was raised in the Dublin/ Western Wayne community and lived most of her life in the Richmond area. Memberships include the Druids Lodge, Moose Lodge, V.F.W. and the Ladies Auxillary at the Eagles Lodge. Her hobbies include bingo, euchre, bowling and crocheting. Ann was an avid collector of owls and enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband Benny Jackson, whom she married in Richmond on August 20, 1988; 4 daughters, Tonya, Lori, Renee and Susan and 1 sister, Linda Shaffer all of Richmond; 2 brothers, Butch Delhagen of Florida and James Delhagen of Centerville; 11 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren while expecting 2 additional great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and a very special pet and companion, Sugar. Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lovina (Fields) Stoops; father, William Delhagen; grandparents, Sarah and Ellis Fields; son, Charles Christopher; grandchildren, Taylor and Ronnie Jr.; great grandchildren, Landon and Jake; brother in-law, John Shaffer. Funeral services will be at noon on Thursday May 10, 2012 at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Burial will follow at the South Lawn Cemetery in Dublin. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday May 9 at the funeral home.
