LEWISVILLE-  Holly Ann Guffey, 45, passed away Friday evening July 5, 2019 due to injuries received from an automobile accident.  Holly was born in New Castle, Indiana on August 5, 1973.  She graduated from Tri High School with the class of 1992 where she was on the varsity cheerleading squad.  She worked as a caregiver.

Survivors include her mother, Laura Ann (Nugen) Guffey of Lewisville. 1 daughter, Harper Leanne Reece of New Lisbon; 3 siblings, Kevin Guffey, Susan (Swayzee) Shelley and Thomas Nugen Swayzee; several aunts and uncles including, Jane and Jeff Brown and Molly B. Nugen; cousins, nieces and nephews.

Holly was preceded in death by her father, Leander Miller Guffey on March 27, 1974; maternal grandparents, Mary E. (Bunch) and Thomas F. Nugen; paternal grandparents, Cecil L. and Audrey B. Guffey.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the start of funeral services at 6 p.m. on Wednesday July 10, 2019 at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Lewisville Chapel. Rev. Mark Lomison will officiate.  Cremation will follow. Burial next to her father at Lewisville Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
