ANDERSON- Helen R. Collins, 96, passed away at the Edgewater Nursing Home in Anderson, Indiana on Friday morning October 12, 2012. A daughter of the late Willis and Cora Mae (Cooper) Reddington, Helen was born in Lewisville, Indiana on March 17, 1916. Helen graduated from the Lewisville High School with the class of 1936. After her retirement from Delco-Remy in 1956 she moved to California and worked in retail until 1981. Helen returned to Anderson in 1984 and was a member of the First United Methodist there. Helen was preceded in death by her sister, Adrienne Moffitt on September 23, 2009 and her brother, W. Rayburn Reddington on August 9, 2012. Survivors include 3nieces, Terri Hollada of Spiceland, Sandy Stalvey of Deland, Florida and GiGi Steinwachs of Greenfield; several great nephews and great niececes. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday October 16, 2012 at the Lewisville Cemetery in Lewisville. Rev. Marion L. Hickman will officiate.
