Dublin: Harold C. Paul, 77 of Dublin, passed away Tuesday June 30, 2009 at his home. He was born on July 1, 1931 in Wayne County, IN, the son of the late Ernest Hubert and Thelma Christine (Crull) Paul. Harold lived in the community all his life. Harold was an U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War and he loved children even though he had none of his own. Survivers include: partner; Frances J. Ogle of Dublin, several nieces and nephews, two sisters; Jennie Mahoney of Dublin and Mary Opal Shepered of Winchester, a brother-in-law; Robert Smith. Preceding him in death by parents, wife Katherine L. Paul in April 23, 2004, sister Veda L. Moschel November 28, 2008 and brother Bud Paul. Services will be Friday July 3, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home in Dublin, with the burial to follow in the South Lawn Cemetery in Dublin. Rev. David Leffel will officate the service. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday July 3, 2009 at the funeral home.
