CAMBRIDGE CITY- Gina Kaye Lee, 54, passed away Monday afternoon September 28, 2026. A daughter of Gary and Valena Kaye (Hall) Gouge, Gina was born in Richmond, Indiana on December 31, 1971. She grew up in the Cambridge City community and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1991. Gina was a licensed cosmetologist and Certified Medical Assistant. She was a hairdresser at “Just A Little Off” in Cambridge City and most recently she has been employed at Ambassador Healthcare in Centerville. A loving mother and grandma, , her grandbabies were the joy of her life. In her leisure, Gina enjoyed crafting, dancing and fishing.

Gina is survived by her parents, Gary and Kaye Gouge; daughter, Kaytlin (Gabriel) Payne; 2 grandchildren, Jiraiya and Roary Payne; sister, Rhonda Day; niece, Brooke Libby; nephew, Dylan Centers. She was preceded in death by her fiancée, William Bekkering on January 15, 2021.

Visitation will be on Friday October 2, 2026 from 4-7 p.m. at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin.
