Fishers: Frances Joan Ogle, 79, of Dublin, passed away on Friday September 30, 2011 at her grandsons home in Fishers Indiana. A daughter of the late Russell and Thelma Bradburn) Owens, Frances was born in Richmond, IN on March 22, 1932. Formerly of New Lisbon Frances lived many years in the Dublin community before moving to the home of her grandson 5 months ago. Frances was a member of the First Southern Missionary Baptist Church in Richmond and was a C.N.A. in the home health care field, she loved to read. Survivors include 2 daughters, Vicki Kay (Tony) Kingery of Cliniton, IN and Sharon Lyn (Paul) Hall of Fountain City; 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; 2 brothers, Robert Owens of Richmond and Ronald Owens of Hagerstown; 2 sisters, Virginia Hanson of Texas and Doris Rose of Florida; serveral nieces and nephews. Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years James E. Ogle on June 16, 1998; 4 brothers, Wayne, Bill, Donald, Raymond and Jimmy Owens; sister, Donna Boatman. Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday October 3, 2011 at the First Southern Missionary Baptist Church / 1400 Holsapple Road Richmond, IN 47374. Rev. David Leffel will officiate. Burial will follow at the South Lawn Cemetery in Dublin. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service on Monday October 3, 2011 at the church.
