CONNERSVILLE- After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Donna L Fischesser, 68, of Connersville, Indiana, hung up her gloves and went to be with the Lord on December 5th, 2022. Donna was born and raised in Alton, Illinois with her parents William and Elva Osborne along with her brothers and sisters. While Donna and her boys were residing in California, she met the love of her life Willard "Woody" Fischesser while visiting Huntington Beach. They married on June 7th, 1995, and were together for 26 years, until Woody's death in September of 2021. Donna was a strong and amazing woman who loved her family deeply. She loved spending time with her kids and her grandbabies. Donna loved playing games whether it be cards, board games or on the computer. She also enjoyed sewing, fishing, and camping.

Donna will be greatly missed by her survivors; furbaby, Midnight; her three children, Wayne (Robin) Gipson of Tennessee, John (Polly) Gipson of Connersville, Chris (Amy) Gipson of Connersville; numerous grandbabies and great grandbabies; two brothers, Dale (Judy) Osborne of Illinois, and Ralph Falls of Illinois; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Woody; her brother, Terry Osborne; and sisters, Edna, Carla and Pam.

The family will have a celebration of life in the spring. Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin, Indiana has been entrusted with Donna's care.
