DUBLIN - Delbert Vickers Jr., 62, passed away Thursday June 21, 2018 at Rosebud Village in Richmond, Indiana. Junior was born in Richmond, Kentucky on April 9, 1956. Junior and his family moved to Indiana when he was 7 years old. He was raised in the Dublin community and has lived most of his life in Wayne County. Junior had been employed by Rihm Foods and Allen Chevrolet. He was a Dale Earnhardt fan and enjoyed watching auto races, working on cars and trap shooting.

Survivors include his son, Stephen James (Renee) Vickers of Lowell, AR; father, Delbert Vickers Sr.; 2 sisters, Robin (Chuck) Devan of Connecticut and Linda Steele of Richmond; aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins. Junior was preceded in death by his mother, Elzona Mae (Sparks) Vickers on June 29, 2017 and nephew, Travis Steele.
