FALMOUTH- David Charles Stanley, 72, passed away Wednesday evening August 26, 2026 at Caroleton Healthcare Center in Connersville, Indiana. A son of the late Harold and Gladys (Anspach) Stanley, David was born in Connersville, Indiana on February 5, 1954. David lived his entire life in the Falmouth community; he attended Bentonville Elementary School and graduated from Connersville Senior High School with the class of 1972. David was a farmer and retired from Falmouth Farm Supply after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Warren Lodge #15 F&AM and First United Methodist Church in Connersville. David married the former Janet Jinks at the First United Methodist Church in Connersville on March 13, 1999.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Janet Stanley; 2 siblings, Phil (Erin) Stanley of Connersville and Barbara Stanley of Craig, Alaska, 2 nieces, Heather Kilgour of Fishers and Jessica Engle of Xenia, OH.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday September 2, 2026 at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Burial will follow at Bentonville Cemetery. Masonic services will be at 3:45 p.m. followed by visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday September 1st from 4-7 p.m..
