CAMBRIDGE CITY - Daniel Foster, 61, passed away Wednesday morning July 5, 2017 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. A son of the late Leslie A. and Charolette (Coleman) Foster, Daniel was born in Rushville, Indiana on July 8, 1955. He grew up in the Milroy area and graduated from Rushville High School where he played varsity baseball. Daniel served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged after ten years of service. He has made his home in the Western Wayne community for the past eighteen years. Daniel enjoyed baseball and was a proud 49er's fan. In his leisure, he enjoyed being outdoors, fishing , trapping and playing with his dog.

Survivors include his 3 sons, Aaron, Ryan and Adam Foster; 1 grandson, Braxton; 3 sisters, Betty J. Foster, Patricia Wharton and Teresa Tieman; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Daniel was preceded in death by his wife, Shannon Marie (Jones) Foster; 2 brothers, Larry Williams and Leslie Foster II.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. (today) July 7, 2017 at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday July 8th at Forest Hill Cemetery, 704 Morris Avenue- Shelbyville, Indiana 46176. Pastor Kinion Coleman will officiate.
