Clifford Raymond Haler, 84, passed away at home on October 6, 2026, of natural causes. He was surrounded by his siblings, family, and friends during his last hours.

Clifford was born May 28, 1942, to Simeon and Mary Haler. He was a middle child of sixteen . He spent his younger years chasing goats and enjoying time with his family. In the 1970s and early '80s, he was a well-known pool champion spanning several counties. He worked as an overhead crane operator for many years at Bertsch & Co and Natco factory. He enjoyed camping and fishing as well as traveling. He was the greatest storyteller of our family and will be missed tremendously.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Simeon; siblings Bill, Evelyn, Margret, Simeon, Charles, Helen, Mary, David, and Marcella; daughter Patty Sue; granddaughter Jazmyn; and wife of 42 years, Kathryn.

He is survived by his wife Debi Oakley; siblings Virginia, Laurel, Robert, Ronnie, Carl, and Faith; his children Chad Lawrence, Brenda Hartley, Billie Jo (Patrick) Earlywine, Lori (Miguel) Duran, John (Jessica) Haler, and Paul (Mandy) Haler; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial visitation for Clifford will be on Sunday October 18, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin.
