IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Charley
Breeden
August 17, 2004 – November 30, 2015
CAMBRIDGE CITY - Charles Preston "Charley" Breeden, born August 17, 2004 blessed us for over 10 years with his courage, strength and resilience and a spirit that can only be described as indomitable. He faced many challenges in his life and not only did he weather them all, but he weathered them all with a kind of strength that went beyond the pale. Charley loved music and would frequently sing along with the music. He enjoyed going to school, riding the bus, and being around his classmates at school. He was frequently a central part of family gatherings and loved his doll "Woody". Charley finally met a challenge that was not possible to overcome, he had to leave his earthly presence, but his spiritual presence won't ever leave or fade from anyone that knew him. It was not possible to meet or know Charley and come away untouched. Even though he could not communicate in a traditional sense, Charley had a way of imbuing his spirit into everyone that met him. Charley was a unique kind of spirit and we are so grateful for the time we had with him. His light will shine on within us forever. Survivors include his parents Brent "Ned" and Libby Breeden; brother, Rob (Kelsey) Agee; sister, Candace (Brad) Moffitt; niece, Grace Briar; nephew, Hayden Moffitt; grandmother, Sally Woodward. Charley also has siblings, Ashley Young and Whitney Lamb; many special aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bob Woodward and grandparents, Charlie and Elvira (Stewart) Breeden. Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 pm on Thursday, December 3, 2015 for a celebration of Charlie's life at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 4, 2015. Interment will follow at South Lawn Cemetery, Dublin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital c/o St. Vincent Foundation, 8402 Harcourt Road, Suite 210 Indianapolis, IN 46260. Charley, May the long time sun shine upon you. All love surround you. And the pure light within you Guide your way on.
