NEW CASTLE- Charles "Chuck" Greenwell, 72, passed away early Friday morning June 23rd, 2023, at Henry Community Health in New Castle. Chuck was born in New Castle, Indiana on February 20th, 1951, to the late Delbert and Thelma (Hamel) Greenwell. He was raised in the Lewisville community and attended Lewisville High School. Chuck worked as a machine operator for Chrysler Corporation until his retirement. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was an avid NASCAR fan.

Chuck is preceded in death by his three brothers, Richard, James, and Robert Greenwell. Survivors include two sisters in-law, Bonnie and Linda Greenwell; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Following cremation at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Lewisville Chapel, a Celebration of Life for Chuck will be held at a future date. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Rushville, Indiana.
