Cambridge City- Brian K. Smith, 41, passed away on Saturday evening February 12, 2011 at the Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Brian was born in New Castle, Indiana on June 22, 1969. He was raised in the Cambridge City community and graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1986. He has lived in Richmond for several years and was self employed in the construction business. Brian enjoyed the outdoors and was a member of the North American Hunting Club and BASS Pro Masters. He was a proud supporter of the Disabled American Veterans and attended Ivy Tech Community College. Survivors include his son Ryan K. Smith of Richmond; father and stepmother, William Roscoe and Becky Smith of Connersville; sister, Kim Reibsomer of Liberty; stepbrother, Bryon Caldwell; fiancee' Nikki Green and her children, Austin, Tyler, Cheyenne and Desarie all of Richmond; grandchildren, Isiah and Faith. Brian was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce E. (Stuart) Atkins in 2002 and brother, Bradley Smith in 2004. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday February 17, 2011 at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 p.m. on Wednesday February 16 at the funeral home
