CAMBRIDGE CITY-  Robert Eugene "Bob" Hickman, 84, passed away Thursday morning February 10, 2022 at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana.  The youngest of nine children born to the late Clifford and Edith (Longnecker) Hickman, Bob was born in Cambridge City, Indiana on February 20, 1937.  A life-long resident of Cambridge City Bob had worked at CONVERTO, Paul Casket and as a custodian at Lincoln High School.  In his leisure, Bob enjoyed fishing and working in his yard. He married the former Delores A. Gilbert in Richmond in November of 1963.

Bob was preceded in death his wife on February 16, 2012; 8 siblings, Pauline, Mildred, Earl, James, Russell, and Howard Hickman, Josephine Thom and Margaret Hornsby.  He is survived by nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday February 17, 2022 at Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City.  Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
