LEWISVILLE- Beverly "Bev" Watters, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away at her home on Sunday evening May 8, 2011. A daughter of the late Guy Leroy and Marcile O. (Buchanan) May, Beverly was born in New Castle, Indiana on July 17, 1948. Bev grew up on a farm south of Lewisville in Rush County. She attended Raleigh School and graduated from Lewisville High School with the class of 1966. A homemaker, she had worked at the New Castle Chrysler and RCA in Indianapolis. She was a member of the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church. Survivors include 1 son, Ryan M. (wife Nisa) Wilson of Beirut, Lebanon; 1 granddaughter, Ismat Wilson; longtime companion, Randy Norman of Indianapolis; brother, Jack L. (wife Pat) May of Blandon, Pennsylvania; aunt, Pat Copeland of Knightstown. Bev was preceded in death by her father on September 15, 2007; mother on April 7, 2006; sister, Ellen Marlene Graham on May 3, 2011. Following cremation, a memorial service to celebrate Bev's life will be held at the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, south east of Lewisville on the countyline road, at 11 a.m. on Saturday May 14, 2011. Rev. Peter Zinn will officiate. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery. Memorial Contributions can be made to the church at P.O. Box 251 / Lewisville, IN 47352.
